Silversmith Hotel Chicago Downtown Rooms

This hotel is an absolute gem. Spacious, luxurious rooms and top-tier accommodations and hospitality. The entire staff has been marvelous and the location is walkable distance to multiple attractions. The restaurant, bar, and lobby/lounge provide a welcoming but upscale experience. I will absolutely stay here again!!

It was a very nice stay. I find the bed and pillows very comfortable ( I think a good sleep is really important while travelling). And my room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great as well.

The showerhead was a bit loose. No outlets by the bed. But all else was absolutely fantastic!

Beverly was amazing! She was so friendly every time we saw her. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

We arrived very early and were able to check in even though we were just trying to drop off our bags for checking in later. A very pleasant surprise after flying a red eye. Room was clean and comfortable. Despite close proximity to the L, room was very quiet. I appreciated the safety of needing to use the room key to go up the elevator. I will definitely be staying again.

Location is the shining point of the property not far from the loop, shopping centers, and dinning. Staff was attentive to our needs before check out and after check out.

The check in staff! Room quality. Loved the air purifier and the filtered shower water and the nice, high quality towels. Room cleanliness. Quiet at all times. The Ell train sounded like gusts of wind. Super comfortable bed. Great location! The price was outstanding.

the lady in the MOrning was Great the Staff at Night where a Lil too cold for my liking Iget youwant to be a Bit standoffish but all in all was not a Bad Birthdaystay.

In the perfect loop location, except you could hear the trains somewhat, this place exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful, rooms were good sized, breakfast and bar all delivered.

Location is great as it was a short walt to main attraction in the city. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and the bedrooms very comfortable.

This gem is in a perfect location for seeing the heart of Chicago. We loved our proximity to Millenium Park, museums, Macy’s, the River, iconic hotels and architecture and the Magnificent Mile. Even Navy Pier was close enough for a walk.

Great location with convenient access to CTA, Millennium Park and Christmas Market. The layout of the lobby is perfect; not overwhelming or loud.

Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, quiet. Staff were warm and friendly. It was within walking distance to Chicago’s key attractions! Also wanted to give a shoutout to the front desk and housekeeping manager that went above and beyond to reunite me with a valuable item that I had left behind in the hotel room. Appreciate their professionalism, empathy and integrity.
